Regulatory status
ASTERALE is registered with ORIAS under no. 23 007 423 (www.orias.fr) as:
- a financial investment adviser (conseiller en investissements financiers, CIF), member of ANACOFI-CIF, 92 rue d'Amsterdam, 75009 Paris, an association approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers;
- an insurance broker (COA);
- an insurance intermediary's agent (MIA);
- an agent of a banking and payment services intermediary (MIOBSP).
ASTERALE holds the professional licence « Transactions sur immeubles et fonds de commerce » (property and business transactions) no. CPI 8501 2023 000 000 004, issued by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI de Paris), without holding client funds. ASTERALE holds no client funds and therefore has no financial guarantee.
Professional indemnity insurance: policy no. 7400023129 with Zurich Insurance plc, 112 avenue de Wagram, 75017 Paris, France.
ASTERALE is supervised by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR), 4 place de Budapest, CS 92459, 75436 Paris Cedex 09, France, and, for its financial investment advice activity, by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), 17 place de la Bourse, 75082 Paris Cedex 02, France.
ASTERALE does not carry out portfolio management on behalf of third parties, nor any crowdfunding activity.
MiFID II statement and remuneration
Investment advice is provided on a non-independent basis.
ASTERALE receives fees and may receive retrocessions of commissions paid by third parties. Details of this remuneration are provided to the client in writing before any subscription, in the document d'entrée en relation (initial disclosure document) and in the engagement letter.
No financial institution, insurance company or asset management company holds any interest in ASTERALE's share capital.
Any client may request fee-only pricing, with no retrocession received by ASTERALE.
Initial disclosure document
In accordance with the applicable regulations, a document d'entrée en relation (initial disclosure document) is given to every client or prospective client before any advice is provided. It sets out ASTERALE's identity and regulatory status, the nature of the services offered, methods of remuneration, links with partners and the procedure for handling complaints. It is available on request from contact@gazania.fr.
Conflicts of interest
ASTERALE has a formal policy for preventing and managing conflicts of interest in accordance with articles 325-28 et seq. of the AMF General Regulation. This policy is available on request. It provides in particular for the identification of potential conflicts, their prior disclosure to the client and, where appropriate, abstention.
Nature of the information published
The content published on gazania.fr is for information only. It does not constitute personalised investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, a solicitation or an offer to subscribe.
No personalised advice can be given without prior, documented knowledge of the client's financial, family, tax and professional situation, objectives, investment horizon, financial knowledge and risk tolerance. This information is gathered within a formal engagement.

Intellectual property

Any unauthorised use may constitute infringement under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The website may link to third-party websites. ASTERALE has no control over their content and accepts no liability for the information they contain, their availability or the data processing they carry out.
Links to gazania.fr may be created freely provided they do not harm ASTERALE's image or cause confusion as to the origin of the content. ASTERALE reserves the right to request the removal of any link.
Availability and liability
ASTERALE endeavours to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions. ASTERALE cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from use of the website, interruption of access, technical malfunction or the presence of a virus.

The gazania.fr website sets no cookies and uses no trackers, no audience measurement tools and no resources hosted by third parties. Fonts are served from the website's own server. No consent is therefore required.
Complaints and mediation
Any complaint may be sent by email to contact@gazania.fr or by post to ASTERALE, 4 allée Django Reinhardt, 94110 Arcueil, France.
ASTERALE undertakes to acknowledge receipt within 10 working days and to reply within two months at most.
If no satisfactory solution is found, a consumer client may refer the matter free of charge:

Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
