01A single point of contact
Bankers, notaries, lawyers, asset managers, insurers: an international estate calls on a dozen professions. Our role is to be the single point where everything converges — the one who knows your history, speaks with each of your advisers, and gives you back a clear, consolidated view. You keep your energy for what truly matters; we orchestrate the rest.
The scope is clear-cut: the delegation you may entrust to us covers the French — and, where relevant, European — part of your wealth. Your assets located in Africa remain under the stewardship of you and your local advisers; we coordinate with them, without ever taking their place.
02Level 1 — Advice
The foundation of the relationship. We gather the information, examine every option and present you with a clear, quantified recommendation. You decide — always. Most of our clients begin here, and many stay: pure advisory work is sufficient for the majority of situations.
03Level 2 — The framed mandate
Once trust is established, you may entrust us with a written mandate: we then carry out the agreed operations on your behalf — arbitrages, contributions, formalities — within the exact limits you set: the nature of the acts, amount ceilings, the accounts concerned. The mandate stops where you have decided it should, and may be revoked freely.
04Level 3 — Periodic reporting
Every mandate comes with periodic reporting: what was done, why, and where you stand. Delegation is never opacity — quite the opposite: to delegate is to be better informed, at regular intervals, about wealth in the hands of a professional who is accountable to you.
05The engagement letter
Each level of service is set out in a written engagement letter: scope, remuneration, mutual obligations, within the regulatory framework applicable to financial investment advice (CIF). You know, before anything begins, exactly what you are entrusting and what you are keeping.
06Frequently asked questions
Can I delegate the management of my assets located in Africa?
No — and that is deliberate. Our mandate covers the French and, where relevant, European part of your wealth — where we are regulated and effective. For your African assets, we work in coordination with your local advisers: a consolidated view, but each within their own remit.
Is the mandate reversible?
At any time. The mandate is an instrument of convenience, not an irreversible commitment: you may narrow it, broaden it or revoke it by simple written notice. Periodic reporting gives you, at all times, the material to judge for yourself.
What happens before a mandate is even considered?
Advice — for a long while. The framed mandate comes into play only once the relationship is well established, generally after several months or years of pure advisory work. And it is you who requests it — never the other way around.
